Returns

30 days. No restocking fee.

If it doesn't fit, doesn't fit the build, or just isn't right, send it back. We'd rather you build the right rig than keep our money.

What we accept

  • Unmounted parts in original, undamaged packaging.
  • Apparel and accessories with tags attached, unworn.
  • Defective items at any time within warranty period.
  • Wrong items shipped — we cover return shipping.

What we can't take back

  • Parts that have been installed, mounted, or modified.
  • Items showing wear, dirt, scratches, or trail use.
  • Custom-cut wiring harnesses or tuned/flashed ECUs.
  • Final-sale and clearance items (clearly marked at purchase).

    Start a return

    Use the contact form with your order number. We respond within one business day.

  2. 02

    Get your label

    We email you a prepaid USPS or UPS return label sized for the item.

  3. 03

    Drop it off

    Tape the box, slap on the label, drop at any USPS or UPS location.

  4. 04

    Get refunded

    Refund issues to your original payment within 3 business days of us receiving it.

Snap a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll cross-ship a replacement before the return even hits our dock. Zero shipping charges on you.
