Orders & Shipping

  • How fast do orders ship?
    In-stock orders placed before 2pm MST ship the same business day. Everything else within 24 business hours. Tracking emails go out the moment the label prints.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes — free ground shipping on all orders over $199 in the Lower 48. Under $199 is a flat $12.95. Expedited rates are quoted at checkout.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Select countries, yes — chosen at checkout. The buyer is responsible for duties, import VAT, and any customs fees. APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS.
  • Where do orders ship from?
    Orders are fulfilled through our Shopify-backed storefront. Tracking is sent as soon as the order is fulfilled.

Fitment & Compatibility

  • How do I know a part fits my rig?
    Every product page lists exact platform/year compatibility under the title. If you're between trims (Sport vs RR vs RS, for example), our team is one DM or email away — we'll verify before you click buy.
  • Will this void my factory warranty?
    Most aftermarket parts don't void the OE warranty on the rest of the vehicle (Magnuson-Moss Act in the US). Specific drivetrain or tune-related changes can — when relevant we flag it on the product page.
  • Do you make parts for [obscure platform]?
    We focus on the highest-volume off-road platforms: Can-Am Maverick X3, Polaris RZR Pro/Turbo, Yamaha YXZ, Honda Talon, plus most ½-ton trucks. If you don't see your rig listed, email us — we sometimes have unlisted fitment data.

Installation

  • Can I install this myself?
    Most of our parts are designed for a confident DIYer with a half-day and a basic tool set. Install guides ship in the box and live on each product page. Anything requiring alignment, ECU flashing, or LTL freight, we'd recommend a shop.
  • Do you provide install support?
    Yes. Our techs answer install questions over phone and email Mon-Fri 8am-6pm MST. If you get stuck mid-install on a weekend, email us anyway — somebody's usually around.
  • Are install videos available?
    Where they exist, they're linked on the product page. We're filming new ones constantly — subscribe to the newsletter to know when your platform's video drops.

Returns & Warranty

  • What's your return policy?
    30 days from delivery on unmounted, un-modified parts in original packaging. No restocking fees. Defective items can be returned any time within the warranty period.
  • What's covered under warranty?
    Iron Claw-manufactured parts carry a lifetime warranty against material defects and manufacturing failure. Crash, misuse, modification, and normal wear are excluded. Full details on our warranty page.
  • How do I file a warranty claim?
    Use the contact page and choose warranty claim. Include your order number, photos, and a short note about what happened.
  • My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
    Photograph the box and the contents within 48 hours and email us. We'll cross-ship a replacement before the damaged unit even hits our dock. Zero charges to you.

  • Is your stuff actually trail-tested?
    We keep the catalog focused on rugged aftermarket parts and clear fitment. If you are not sure whether something fits your build, contact us before ordering.
  • Why aren't you the cheapest?
    Because cheaper materials, cheaper fasteners, and cheaper QA show up the moment you point the rig at a real obstacle. We'd rather sell you one part that survives than three that don't.
  • Can I get custom anodizing or powder coat?
    On select bumpers, cages, and skid plates — yes. Add a note at checkout or email us before ordering. Lead times go up about 5-7 business days for custom finishes.
